Our real estate box is made with a better quality plastic to avoid "yellowing" and cracking that occurs in many molded and lower quality brochure holders for the outside. Using higher quality real estate boxes allows you to use them for many years, poorer materials used in other company's real estate box will force you to replace them often. Clear outdoor brochure holders design allow information to be viewed without opening lid first. Hinged outdoor real estate box lid permit easy loading and removing of brochures. Box is built to be securely mounted on a vertical surface.
